Six - The Odor Of Mendacity

INSTALLMENT 6

WHAT'S THAT SMELL IN THIS ROOM?...
DIDN'T YOU NOTICE A POWERFUL
AND OBNOXIOUS ODOR OF
MENDACITY IN THIS ROOM?
-- Tennessee Williams, Cat On A Hot Tin Roof

In Installment 4, the Editor of THUG brought you a tantalizing preview of F. King Alexander's bogus "Oxford Round Table" seminars and publications.

The response to that preview has been amazing!  Out of THUG's 50,000 faithful and ever-growing cadre of readers, a crazy number of you who are "inside" the Alexander world -- including his colleagues and his own family! -- have sent us "Deep Throat" leads and information which we have dutifully been checking out.

As one family member put it so succinctly: "King Alexander and his wife are true pieces of shit. Just follow the cash money and the extramarital affairs."

Well, who could resist that challenge, right?

As a result, THUG has come up with so much information, we are going to need a few more days to lay it all out for you.  The Oxford Round Table turns out to be one of the most convoluted con jobs in recent history, but THUG's gotten to the bottom of it, and we hope the IRS will too.

In the meantime, since this is indeed Jeopardy for the Alexanders, let's play that game by giving you some answers in the form of questions, yet another tangy tasty trippy preview to keep you satisfied until the full Installment is published in a week or two.

In the news, the overarching question:  Why doesn't LSU want you to know what really happened in the search that led to F. King Alexander becoming President/Chancellor?

The answer to that question will be found by answering the questions below, either through your own researches and business acumen and human intuition or by waiting to read the answers in the upcoming THUG Installment.

In these questions, reference to "The Alexander Family" variously includes:

: Samuel Kern Alexander Jr. ("Kern" we shall call him)

: Kern's four sons:
Samuel Kern Alexander III ("Kern III" we shall call him)
Fieldon King Alexander ("King" we shall call him)
Klinton West Alexander ("Klint" we shall call him)
Wesley Kane Alexander

: Kern's second wife Elizabeth Alexander

: Shenette McCandless/Smith/Campbell/Alexander, who is Kern's longtime assistant and Coordinator/Bookkeeper of the aforementioned Oxford Round Table. Shenette was once Klint's girlfriend -- or was it Kern III's girlfriend? -- regardless, she was with one Alexander brother, then got married to a non-Alexander and had a child while simultaneously serving as the secret paramour of King (who was married to someone else and squiring two daughters of his own); and Shenette is now King's wife (since 2006 and after a second non-Alexander marriage, hence the many last names). Follow all that? It's so Southern Gothic and so creative and so creepy, it certainly makes Tennessee Williams squirm with spit, cry with jealousy, and claw at the cool confines of his sarcophagus.

Here then the questions:

1. Why has The Alexander Family had at least 25 (count 'em!) different overlapping corporations, all operating the same business and all ostensibly serving the same purpose, namely to sell education seminars, education publishing, and education finance?

2. Why are some of those corporations "for profit", and others "non-profit" (and therefore not taxed), yet operating at the same time and doing the same thing?

3. What did The Alexander Family do to cause the relevant governments to step in and forcibly suspend and/or dissolve 21 of those corporations (known as "involuntary or administrative dissolution")?

4. Why did The Alexander Family repeatedly fail to file annual corporate ownership, income, and tax reports with the relevant governments for 21 of those corporations?

5. Why did The Alexander Family list minor age children as Officers and Directors of some of these corporations, even though minor age children are not legally allowed to serve?

6. Why, in his C.V. for LSU, did King Alexander fail to list his Directorships, Stock/Ownership and income derived from suspended/dissolved corporations which were no longer legally allowed to receive income?

7. Why did members of The Alexander Family take personal income from non-profit corporations when it would be illegal to do so?

8. Why were payments made in cash to members of The Alexander Family from their corporations?

9. Why is Elizabeth Alexander suddenly using the alias "E. Lee Bohon" on current corporate filings, and why does "her" signature and other writings on those filings match the sui generis cursive and graphological idiosyncrasies of Kern Alexander?

10. Why were various Alexander Family members suddenly replaced by aliases and "straw men" on corporate filings around 2008?

11. Why does Kern's ex-wife (the mother to the four boys; herself the vaunted, renowned "mother" of women's athletics at the University of Florida) state that Kern used grant money obtained while employed elsewhere in order to broker the purchase of his professorship at University of Florida early in his career?

12. Why are the main businesses of The Alexander Family "housed" at a mini-mall postal service maildrop that is supposedly a continental headquarters suite, and at a university home address that is supposedly a publisher's office?

13. Why did King Alexander tell the State of California in "Form 700" financial filings that he had "nothing to declare" in terms of perks for work outside the State while serving as President of CSULB, even though his LSU C.V. lists 19 items of such work, and California State law requires that he declare them all?

14. Why does King Alexander repeatedly volunteer to the press that he and both his daughters live an idyllic life under the same roof when in fact his youngest daughter has, since grade school, declined to live with him and his wife, opting instead to live in another state with a family friend?

15. Why does King Alexander fictionalize his C.V. and expect to get away with it?

And now, before you answer the above questions, how's about a few documents to enjoy!

Here's King Alexander as Treasurer and 15% owner of the "Oxford Round Table" in Kentucky at the very time as he was acting as his own publisher, yet still to this day claiming in his C.V. that those publications were invited, solicited, and peer-reviewed:

But, OOPS! MY BAD! Here's King Alexander's "Oxford Round Table Corporation" INVOLUNTARILY "ADMINISTRATIVELY DISSOLVED" BY THE STATE OF KENTUCKY for failure of the Corporation's officers to file annual reports and returns and disclosures. (Sound familiar, King Alexander's nervous disdain for disclosure of his doings?) Nonetheless, despite the INVOLUNTARY DISSOLUTION of this corporation, you just can't keep The Alexander Family down. They kept operating the business and received income anyway, while not disclosing it, year after year after year. OK, maybe that would violate a law or three, but who's counting? (Hey IRS, forget about the Tea Party and get your butts over here, please!)

HERE COME NEW DOCS AS OF 5:20 PM TUESDAY MAY 14, 2013:

So roll with us now, and get out your calendars. The above "Oxford Round Table" in Kentucky was INVOLUNTARILY DISSOLVED by the State on November 3, 1998, for failure of King and The Alexander Family to file their annual disclosure report. It is also believed they failed to file their corporate tax return, because that's how and why folks like this do these sorts of squirrely things, but THUG is awaiting documents to prove that.

MEANWHILE, on October 16,1998, King and future wife Shenette (his paramour then, although they were both married to others at the time), and Kern Alexander, all three set themselves up another "OXFORD ROUND TABLE" Corporation, this one in Illinois. That is, they anticipated fleeing in the dead of night from Kentucky's corporate laws, fees, and taxes, and got their business seamlessly re-constituted in another state. (In fact, Kern was President of Murray State University in Kentucky at the time. THUG wonders why he wouldn't want his Oxford Round Table association kept within the scrutiny of his home state, but we'll let you readers suggest your interpretations of this before we tell you ours!)  Here are the relevant docs fresh from the Secretary of State of the Great State of Illinois:

BUT HERE'S THE THING: After setting up the Oxford Round Table in Illinois and then being Involuntarily Dissolved in Kentucky for failure to follow the law, King and Shenette and Kern stayed true to form by NEVER filing any required annual reports in Illinois, FAILING TO EVER PAY THEIR FRANCHISE TAXES AFTER INCORPORATION! Accordingly, their Illinois Corporation was INVOLUNTARILY DISSOLVED BY ILLINOIS in 2000.

Do you readers get this? King and Kern complain constantly that, per their philosophy, there needs to be more State taxpayer money used to increase pay to them and the other managers of public education (not teachers), yet they fail to pay all the taxes that they themselves owe to the State!

AND, before King tries to lie and say he knew nothing about all the delinquency and demand notices sent from the Illinois Secretary of State, please go back to the above and note that FIELDON KING ALEXANDER WAS THE AGENT FOR SERVICE OF PROCESS -- meaning that every single communication from the Illinois Secretary of State went directly to him and it was his legally anointed fiduciary responsibility to address it.

Of course, the added insult contained within the above is that King was employed by the State of Illinois at the time he was violating their laws (he was an Assistant Professor at the University of Illinois). ALSO, in his current C.V. used to get his big cheese job at LSU, he takes author and editor credit for publications during this period, even though said publications were issued by his own involuntarily dissolved corporation which was not legally allowed to conduct business and for which legally due taxes were not paid, and The Alexander Family received income for all this that went unreported to the authorities.

Whew. Did you take a second to process all that?

Okay, ready for something more? THUG aims to please! In 2008, The Alexander Family's "Oxbridge LLC" was INVOLUNTARILY SUBJECTED TO "ADMINISTRATIVE DISSOLUTION" BY THE STATE OF KENTUCKY, leaving its standing as "BAD":

And, even though THUG has previously pointed out that The Alexander Family is just plain flat-out lying when, on their website, they still claim TODAY that "The Oxford Round Table Limited is chartered in England and Wales", here's proof that the company went dormant immediately after incorporation, and was dissolved back in 2011:

Getting hungry now? Just wait for the full Installment on this! Remember: there are at least 16 corporations set up by The Alexander Family to run the same businesses, and 12 of them were INVOLUNTARILY DISSOLVED for failure of The Family to make legally required disclosures, while income continued to be solicited, received, and parsed out to The Family without appropriate disclosure. THUG will reveal all the details of all 16 Alexander Family corporations in the full Installment on this, and maybe by then we will find even more! The Alexanders -- those scamps! Someone hurry and do a reality sitcom on them, please! Heck, who needs "Duck Dynasty" when you can have "Alexander Antics"?

All right, all right, we can see that you're salivating and we don't want you to start gnawing on your arm or something. Here's one last trifle for today. It's one of the two INVOLUNTARILY DISSOLVED corporations set up by King Alexander's wife under her own name (even though she is and was a part of most of the other Alexander Family corporations as well). And what's so cutsie about this is that she lists her daughter as the Vice President of this corporation. That is just so sweet. Of course her daughter was 5 years old at the time and not legally allowed to be named as an Officer/Director of a corporation, but why follow rules when it's so damn much fun not to?

And just so you don't think Shenette is the only Alexander adult unlawfully listing kids as corporate Officers/Directors, you will see in the upcoming full Installment that Kern began this tradition many moons ago, listing then 8 year old King and 9 year old Kern III on an Alexander Family corporation in Florida.

Ah, the smell of mendacity, the Alexander air is thick with it.

So I just have to ask you, would you buy the Brooklyn Bridge from these people, The Alexanders? Because they sure as hell would sell it to you if you were interested!

Now tell us your own answers to the above questions, please! But first, this is your chance to catch up and read all the previous Installments of THUG The Book.

  1. You've done your research Mr. Lane. Thank you for having the guts to publish the truth. It's about time people see the Alexander's for what they are.

Will the truth set them free?

    1. The truth matters. In the end, it's all we've got. Every night when I look in the mirror I am so grateful I'm not King Alexander or Kern Alexander or Don Para or Michael Berlin or some other equivalent liar. What must they think of themselves? What must they see in the mirror? The answer: fear. They see fear. These are small and fearful people who cannot survive on their own truths because they've always been afraid. They've made fear a self-fulfilling prophecy. Boo! Did you see, they just cringed. They've accomplished nothing with their lives other than to impede those who would have accomplishments.

    2. I agree with you 100 percent and thanks for having the courage to tell everyone the truth about the corrupt administration. I am glad that the truth about the administration at CSULB is finally coming out and that many people's questions, including mine, are answered. Great job!
